Explorers Club Academy — for Family Office Professionals
For all family office professionals who want to learn how to translate systemic thinking into investment strategy and portfolio design.
What we do
The Explorers Club Academy is designed for professionals working in family offices who want to move beyond traditional impact investing and explore how capital can contribute to deeper systemic change.
Across the year, participants gather for three in-person learning days where they explore what systemic investing means in practice: identifying leverage points within complex systems, constructing portfolios that create synergies across investments, and deploying different forms of capital more strategically.
The Academy is also a place of professional inspiration and exchange. Participants gain insight into what is currently emerging across the global impact and systemic investing landscape; from new investment models and pioneering funds to evolving approaches in governance, collaboration and multi-capital strategies. Through these encounters, professionals stay closely connected to the frontier of the field and the ideas that are shaping the next generation of impact investing.
In a small and trusted group, participants exchange perspectives with peers who are navigating similar questions in their advisory roles. Together, they reflect on how systemic thinking can influence investment strategy, governance and capital allocation, and how portfolios can be designed not only to generate impact, but to contribute to deeper structural change.

The Academy ultimately supports family office professionals in becoming architects of systemic portfolios. Helping the families they advise deploy capital in ways that contribute to meaningful long-term change while staying connected to the evolving ecosystem of ideas, actors and opportunities in the impact world.
How it works
- Individual sessions, 4 hours, €400 / Discovery 2 hours digital session, a choice of different topics to chose from.
- 1 day deepdive workshops: €6000 day on location, with teams. This will include our perspective on your work, overview of the field, deep dive in one topic.
