What we do

The Systemic Mindset Club is a co-created one-year learning journey for wealth holders who want to look beyond individual investments or philanthropy and explore the deeper patterns shaping how capital influences the world.

Many of today’s social and ecological challenges are not isolated problems. They are expressions of underlying systems; economic structures, cultural narratives and mental models that determine how decisions about capital are made. Changing outcomes therefore requires more than better projects. It requires a shift in the way we see the system itself.

This club brings together a small group of wealth holders who are willing to engage with that deeper layer.

Throughout the year, participants strengthen their systemic capacity: learning to recognise patterns, question inherited assumptions and understand the paradigms that shape today’s financial and economic systems. Through guided conversations, curated learning and reflective practices, the group explores mental models, paradigm shifts and emerging approaches to systemic change.

At the same time, the journey connects participants to the evolving field of systemic thinking and systemic investing. Participants gradually become familiar with the thinkers, practitioners and initiatives that are redefining how capital can interact with complex systems.

The Systemic Mindset Club is not only about acquiring knowledge. It is about developing a new way of seeing. A way that allows wealth holders to reflect more consciously on their own position in the system and on the role their capital can play in shaping the future.

Through a combination of online sessions and in-person gatherings in Switzerland, the group creates space for deep thinking, honest dialogue and collective reflection.

Over time, participants begin to sense the larger landscape of change: the emerging ideas, the evolving networks, and the possibilities for capital to support systemic transformation.

The intention is simple but profound:

To cultivate the mindset that allows capital to move from reacting to problems, to helping reshape the systems that create them.
