What we do

The Confetti’s Club is a club for female wealth holders who want to explore capital, impact and leadership in a different way; through collaboration, experience and shared discovery.

Across the world, more woman are stepping into positions of financial influence. Yet many still find that the traditional investment landscape was not designed with their perspectives, rhythms or ways of decision-making in mind.

This club creates a space where women can explore new relationships with capital; grounded in knowledge, but also in intuition, creativity and collective intelligence.

Together, participants navigate the landscape of impact investing, philanthropy, collaboration and capital deployment from a more feminine-energised perspective. Rather than making decisions in isolation, the group reviews opportunities together, exchanges perspectives, joins selected meetings, and learns how to navigate advisors and understand the deeper flows shaping systemic capital.

The journey combines rigorous insight with less traditional forms of exploration. Participants experiment with approaches such as sensory awareness, artistic exploration and community-based strategy as ways to access new perspectives on leadership and capital.

Supported by experienced facilitators in women’s circles and connected to wider networks working on heroine’s leadership and women-centred capital approaches, the club offers a rare environment where reflection and action can meet.

The Confetti’s Club is intentionally a do-ism space.

Not only a place for conversation, but a place for experimentation, shared learning and concrete steps. We will go into 12 different perspectives. From Islam, Asian, tantric, systemic, regenerative, artist perspectives. There will be 12 perspectives. All participants will be inspired but also share their perspective. It might be a feeling, a strategy, a piece of art. We will discover how the 12 Confetti’s navigate perspectives to sharpen their own perspective and do-ing. It’s a confetti, that means colorful, joyfull, playful perspectives.

Over time, participants begin to discover new confidence in how they relate to capital, and how their decisions, individually and collectively, can contribute to a more feminine, regenerative and inclusive future.
