Krisos

Krisos is the investment arm of Corporate Rebels, structured as a €10 million private equity fund targeting succession-ready SMEs in Europe. It employs a “buy-and-transform” strategy, implementing the NER Group’s self-management operational model to dismantle hierarchies and transitioning companies to steward or employee ownership. This dual transformation aims to resolve the root causes of wealth inequality and employee disengagement by democratizing decision-making and profits.
