Resiliance Partnership

This initiative integrates Wire Group’s “Conscious Economy” impact finance expertise with the Bioregional Weaving Labs (BWL) Collective’s “weaving” methodology to prototype a new model for financing bioregional transitions. By establishing bioregional financing facilities, the partnership seeks to build investable portfolios of regenerative enterprises from the bottom up, rather than using traditional top-down project finance. The model targets root causes of degradation by reorganizing local economies around ecological realities and multi-stakeholder collaboration, utilizing frameworks like the “4 Returns” to generate financial, natural, and social value.

Systemic Lenses (Impact Approach)

Ecological The initiative aims to restore, protect, and regenerate 1 million hectares of land and sea through nature-based solutions that improve biodiversity, soil health, and water cycles.

Economic The project seeks to replace the linear, extractive economic logic with a “Conscious Economy” that recognizes financial return as just one form of capital. It fosters resilient, circular local economies that circulate wealth within the community.

Social The “weaving” process connects diverse stakeholders—including farmers, policymakers, and business leaders—to co-create a shared vision, building trust and social capital.

Narrative / Belief The partnership explicitly intervenes at the level of mindsets, challenging the narrative of separation between humans and nature through the practice of “reinhabitation.”
