Chapter 2

About the Explorers Club

The Explorers Club was born from a simple observation: pioneering systemic projects are everywhere, but navigating the global network to find the right investors and philanthropists is almost impossible. It can take years for bold initiatives to connect with adventurous capital holders ready to embrace something truly new. And vice versa for funders to find the right projects and learn how to build a systemic portfolio.

Progressive wealth holders often feel like scattered dots on a map. You know others are out there, people who think differently about money, who’ve already invested or donated in unusual ways, but finding them? That’s the tricky part.

That’s why we built the Explorers Club. It’s the campfire (with werewolves) where the dots connect. A place where you meet fellow adventurers who share the same curiosity, courage, and desire to learn together.

Because let’s be honest: none of us can do this alone. And it’s a lot more fun to figure things out side by side.

Being an Explorer means you’ve already stepped off the beaten track, and you’re feeling you want to meet others who have too.

The moment people connect in the Club, they start building on each other’s work—new ideas, new collaborations, new ripples. What happens here doesn’t stay here.

We’re not a conference, not a fund, and we’re not a classroom. We’re a co-learning by doing journey.

A place where trust grows, where stories and mistakes are shared, and where we invest not just money but energy, time, and imagination, and all capitals you can think of (reputational, symbolic, you’ll know what we talk about).

Many of the projects in our portfolio come straight from members themselves—things they’re already in love with, already backing, already building. That’s how a true portfolio of pioneers comes alive.

To be an Explorer is to embrace the thrill of not knowing, the courage of trying, and the joy of finding peers who feel it as well. It’s bold, a little wild, and deeply human.

As explorers in systemic impact, we create a space where this meeting becomes possible. Where investors and philanthropists share a journey of discovery: from conceptual understanding of systems change to practical action.

At the same time, we curate a portfolio of projects that push frontiers—first-time funds with bold concepts, small initiatives shaping the future, ventures influencing policy.

WE TALK MINDSET CHANGE, SYSTEMIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND CAPITAL ALLOCATION.

Who are the members?

The Explorers Club brings together a diverse group of pioneers whose expertise spans finance and impact investing, regenerative agriculture, mental health and wellbeing, storytelling and narrative change, technology and AI, indigenous rights and bioregions, real estate and housing innovation, cultural and feminist perspectives, coaching and inner work, due diligence and risk, systemic innovation, and philanthropy and field building.

What unites them is not just professional background, but a shared curiosity to look beyond their own domain and learn from others. Each Explorer brings a unique piece of the puzzle: some are entrepreneurs, others philanthropists, funders, coaches, or activists, all with a deep desire to connect personal values with systemic change.

Together, they form a living portfolio of perspectives. Their combined experience makes it possible to learn from patterns across fields, challenge each other’s assumptions, and co-create solutions that no single discipline could generate. The richness lies in the mix: from regenerative farming to AI, from feminist economics to indigenous wisdom, from due diligence to inner work.

Explorers are united by a common spirit: the humility to keep learning, the courage to experiment, and the drive to contribute more than capital alone. We cherish parallel experiments, everybody at its own speed, choice and desires. We believe in the combination of freedom & parallel experiments.
