Villa Gaia gatherings as the cornerstone of the year

Over three days in Tuscany, the Explorers moved through curiosity, connection, and commitment in a Systemic Hub in the beautiful surroundings of Tuscany.

Day one: unlearning and unwinding. Peeling back assumptions around investing, meeting each other in play and perspective-shifting, and opening space for reflection. The focus on pioneering initiatives, why they matter, and how they fit into systemic conversations.

Day two: synthesis and connection. Linking elements, exploring models and loops, and experimenting with different forms of capital. Aday of both left-and right-brain reflections, blending intuition, analysis, and creativity.

Day three: action-oriented. Horizon projects, experimentation, and commitments take center stage. Each Explorer makes their own commitment in turn, but we hold space to discuss and reflect on everyone’s perspectives together: seeing how the different views connect, complement, and deepen our collective understanding of all cases. Do-ism in practice ☺It’s a day to say Yes to some & No as well.

Additionality is a topic, root causes as well. Across all days the rhythm alternates between high speed and low speed: deep dives, silence, art, games, nature, music, and play. The gathering closed with vibrant memories, diverse commitments, and a stronger sense of what it means to be an Explorer.
